Quality Assurance at Work

Our team manages the Quality Assurance process from start to finish. We begin by assessing the scope of the project; then send requests for proposals and compile bids from qualified inspection and testing consultants. When the bids come back, we present them to the client and then convey the project requirements to the consultants, which in most cases, are the low bidders. On-site testing and inspections are performed and documented by qualified personnel. The client receives records of all test results and inspection documents compiled in an easily accessible bound format which provides a sequential log of project activity. The key to a successful project lies in taking the required testing and inspection out of the hands of the contractors and placing it into the hands of an independent third party who is working for the owner. QA+ is a trusted source to provide Contractor Quality Control Requirements for testing and inspection. We also offer Extra Quality Insurance Programs, IBC Special Inspection Programs as mandated by the Uniform Construction Code, Building Systems Commissioning and Building Maintenance Plans to supplement our successful projects. QA + is a certified third party agency who is authorized by the PA Department of Labor and Industry to perform PA Uniform Construction Code compliance plan review and on-site inspections as required by PA Act 44 of 1999.
