Frank DeHaut, owner and President of Quality Assurance Plus (QA+) served in the United States Marine Core from 1965 till 1971. He started QA+ in 2002 and the firm is Certified as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. Mr. DeHaut has more than 40 years of experience in construction. As President and Director of Operations and Marketing of Quality Assurance Plus, Mr. DeHaut is responsible for marketing, daily operations, project scheduling, bidding, contracts, coordinating personnel.

Joshua C. Bower

Joshua C. Bower, AIA, LEED AP - Senior Project Manager is a licensed Architect with over 15 years of experience in design and management of Healthcare, Public Housing, and many other project types. He is responsible for overall team management of the project including design, technical documentation, and coordination with all project consultants. Mr. Bower has worked with hospital systems throughout the Mid-Atlantic and with Federal Public Housing Projects in Pennsylvania and Delaware.

Keith C. Gingrich

Keith C. Gingrich, MCP has over 41 years experience in the construction industry as a certified inspector, plan examiner, Building Code Official, construction foreman, surveyor and drafter. Mr. Gingrich has numerous International Code Council and PA Department of Labor and Industry Certifications, including Master Code Professional.

Christopher J. Beauregard

Christopher J. Beauregard, P.E. is a Registered Professional Engineer and has over 18 years of experience in the design and development of infrastructure and site planning for alternative energy, industrial, educational, commercial, municipal, and residential and projects. His responsibilities as Director of Civil Engineering include subdivision and land development submission, preparation of site master plans, coordination of environmental studies, cost estimates, municipal review process, data evaluation and analysis, problem resolution, report preparation and field/site supervision.

Michelle Harris

Michelle Harris serves as Office Manager/Administrative Assistant for the firm. Mrs. Harris supports company operations by maintaining office systems. In addition, she is responsible for assisting with marketing and local, state and federal proposal preparation.
